This is a new experience and I am a little nervous. We moved here about 2 1/2 years ago and I am totally without friends. I've recently started a new job with a commute of about 50 minutes one way. There is plenty of time to think while I drive to and from my job. I've decided I want and need friends. This is my attempt to remedy that situation.

Beginnings

Today I decided to check out blogging. It will be an experiment I am a little nervous about. We shall see how it turns out. I would like to make friendships that will become longlasting.
